Annie has dedicated herself to be the best Realtor she can be. When she entered the real estate industry 4 years ago, Annie had a goal to change consumer’s perspectives about Realtors. She poses the image of a Realtor as being a professional that you can trust and ask for advice. She wanted to offer her knowledge and background in design and marketing to help her clients negotiate to buy the right home and improve their home so they can sell for top dollar. She applies her problem solving skills to provide solutions for any issues that arise, listening carefully to her sellers and buyers so she can understand their wants and needs. She likes to help first time home buyers select good quality homes to start their first investment as well as to help investors put their money into the right properties that will yield the best returns on their investments. Annie constantly educates herself by going to real estate seminars and training classes.
After finding her place at Legacy Real Estate & Associates, Annie continues to strive to be the best to serve her community.
Annie is married with 4 children. They have all grown up and have moved away to attend college. Her “furry and spoiled” baby is Brewsky, a 3 year old Golden Retriever. He was a gift from her children on Mother’s Day to keep her company while her children were away.
When Annie is not busy with her real estate business, she enjoys designing landscapes and interiors to bring colors to people’s homes and lives. Annie is also involved with several charities and enjoys reaching out to help people when they are in need.
