Originally born and raised in London, England, Pam has been involved in many aspects of real estate for well over fifteen years. Before entering Residential Real Estate, she started out at Rental Solutions in San Francisco, providing prospective tenants apartment rentals in the City, as well as providing and finding qualified tenants for landlords, leading to a position in Commercial Property Management in San Francisco. She got more involved on the residential side of the business by assisting two high profile real estate agents at Coldwell Banker in San Francisco, then Century 21 Mission-Bishop in Fremont, then by providing transaction coordination services at Prudential California Realty in Fremont.
Her experience with Commercial Property Management led to a position on the Development team with Spieker Properties / Equity Office Properties in San Jose, California. This involved the design, construction, development and leasing of the $155 million, 600,000 square foot Skyport Center at San Jose (Mineta) International Airport. Pam has over 18 years experience with accounting, administration, serving client needs, contract negotiation, marketing, and sales, both in the U.S. and the U.K. She holds the GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and QSC (Quality Service Certified) real estate designations. She is experienced in selling bank owned properties, and negotiating short sales. She is also a Certified Business Coach.

Her knowledge, experience, and marketing skills provide the best of resources for home buyers and sellers, including assisting with the preparation of the home for sale, referral to the appropriate lender to arrange necessary financing, accurate market pricing, providing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan, contract preparation, and detailed transaction coordinating. She is a focused, enthusiastic, motivated individual with strong negotiation and communication skills. Pam believes in lifelong relationships with her clients, and her greatest compliment and reward is the continued referral of their friends and family, along with their glowing testimonials. Pam is the recipient of the Bay East Association of Realtors President’s Award for Outstanding Achievement in Residential Sales and Listings for 2003, 2004, 2007, and The Bay East Association of Realtors Master Award for 2008, as well received recognition in 2006 from Bay East Association of Realtors for going Above and Beyond as an outstanding volunteer, giving time and commitment.
Pam is a member of the Southern Alameda Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors, serving as 2008 President-Elect of the Tri-Cities chapter, was 2006 Chair on Bay East Association of Realtors’ Housing Opportunities Council, been a sponsor of Warm Springs Little League, Fremont American Baseball League, and FC Fremont Soccer. She lives in Fremont’s Mission district with her two sons, Anthony and Aarmand. She enjoys world travel, yoga, reading, art, poetry, cooking, and riding her motorcycle.
